• What does a Lettings Manager do?

  Sales and letting managers are responsible for hiring and training agents to grow their businesses and motivating them to close sales. They oversee all aspects of the business including the lease and purchase administration, financial management, staff training, target setting and promotion of the business.

  Tasks required include:

  • Determines staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements.
