Commercial Property Solicitor | NQ+ PQE | Devon | Competitive Salary (DOE)

We are partnering with a forward-thinking and expanding firm in Devon to recruit a driven and commercially astute Commercial Property Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team offering high-quality work and genuine career progression.

The Role
• Ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to a few years’ post-qualification experience looking to further develop their expertise.
• You will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, with occasional involvement in residential work.
• The caseload will include commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and renewals, alongside some residential conveyancing where required.

Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in commercial property, or a strong training seat in this area.
• Flexibility and willingness to assist with residential property matters as needed.
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to a varied workload.
• Ambitious and committed to long-term career development within the firm.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong communication abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset.
